Beta Program Description

The Wind Games is currently in beta testing, which means:

  • Bugs, performance issues, and interruptions may occur

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use your feedback
  • You understand we may not attribute feedback to you individually
  • You acknowledge we may already be developing similar features independently

All rights, title, and interest in The Wind Games, including all intellectual property rights, remain exclusively with us. Beta participation does not grant you any ownership rights.
